We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unused and unworn.
In its original, unopened packaging.
With all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products that have been opened, assembled, installed, or used, unless they are defective or covered under warranty.
If you open or assemble a product and later discover a manufacturing defect, damaged component, or missing part, this does not automatically qualify the product for a return or exchange.
Instead, where appropriate, we will first offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement part.
Repair of the affected component.
A replacement product, where necessary.
Many minor issues can be resolved quickly by replacing the affected part without requiring the entire product to be returned.
To submit a warranty, replacement, or repair claim for an opened product, please provide:
Your purchase receipt, order number, or order confirmation email.
Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Any additional information we may reasonably request to assess the claim.
After reviewing your claim, we may:
Send a replacement part.
Send a replacement product.
Request that the product be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate resolution.

Alternatively, returns within Cyprus may be sent via ACS Courier to the ACS Limassol Omonoia branch.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
However, if the returned item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied due to our error, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and refund the original shipping charges where applicable.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
The following items cannot be returned unless required by law:
Perishable goods (including food, flowers, and plants).
Personalized or custom-made products.
Personal care and hygiene products.
Hazardous materials.
Flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items.
Outlet products.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing or opening the product.
The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product (if eligible), and once your return has been approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To qualify under the statutory cooling-off period:
The product must be unused.
The product must be unopened where applicable.
It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
This statutory right does not apply to products excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation, including personalized goods, sealed hygiene products once opened, and other legally exempt items.
Large products, including but not limited to furniture, nursery furniture, bulky baby equipment, outdoor play equipment, and similar oversized items, may incur additional non-refundable costs.
Where applicable, the following costs may be deducted from the refund:
Delivery and transportation costs.
Collection costs.
Warehousing and storage costs.
Assembly or disassembly labour.
Special handling charges.
If an assembled product is returned, any labour or transportation costs incurred due to assembly or collection may also be deducted from the refund.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated during the return process.
If a returned product has been damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, neglect, accidental damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to:
Refuse the return; or
Deduct the cost of repairing or restoring the product from the refund amount, where the product can reasonably be repaired and resold.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
